My groundnut variety is TG - 51. It is a short duration (95 days), spanish bunch type semi-dwarf variety. Now the stage of crop is 22 days after emergence (vegetative stage). I want to explore the rhizospheric processes along with microbial and enzymatic activities at different growth stages (especially critical stages) of groundnut. Please suggest to me the time-scape of soil (please mention soil depths also) and plant sampling along with the parameters/soil properties/enzyme activities/indices to be analysed for this purpose. You are welcome to suggest high-quality research and review papers in this regard.
