I'm also struggling with the calculation of the Tuckers congruence coefficient and wonder if any of you might know an answer. I have downloaded the word document Gerd Bohner suggested and I understand the calculations, however my spss (equamax rotated) output does not provide a loading on for each facet on each factor, but rather a loading for a few facets on the different factors (see output in the attached document).

How would I go from here for the calculation of the Tuckers CC since with the proposed computations you 'multuply each loading with the corresponding loading in the other group', however my 'other' group does not always have a 'corresponding loading'.
