my topic is "Virtualization of Computing Technologies for Reduced Energy Consumption and Co2 Emission"
am trying to look at TOSSIM and ENERSIM see if they can work well kindly suggest more tools i can use to simulate the energy consumption by computers
I recommend you consider using the Argonne GREET carbon use model. You should be able to access it by entering "Argonne" and "GREET".
GREET may be a good tool for you, but if you are doing your research related with isolated energy system, then HOMER is best.

Using ANN u can train and test data's.VEKA IS another good data mining software to predict emissions. Using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) you can simulate your set of data.
