Could you recommend me some relevant works on energy systems modelling at city level/city planning?

I'm checking some modelling frameworks (LEAP? TIMES? MESSAGE? EnergyPlan?) to perform the validity of several types of measures regarding city planning, smart measures, etc. Thank you in advance.
