i have fabricated Screen pasting electrode consist working counter and ref electrode , my working electrode is carbon conductive, after pasting carbon on PET i checked the stability of this working electrode, unfortunately solve immediately in solution of electrolytic, what should add to working electrode to avoid this problem?
I am not sure if it is compatible with your system, but I would try a suspension of Nafion in alcohol and then evaporate the alcohol. This technique works well for holding carbon inks on rotating disk electrodes and may work well for your application. It is difficult for me to evaluate whether this is a good suggestion without more details, but it is the first thing that comes to my mind.
