Hello everyone

I would like to know if somebody could help me in this issue: when I'm doing the "autotune" in the GC/MS/MS equipment (ThermoScientific TSQ DUO MS, Trace 1310 GC), it appeared this message: "Fail: Lens2Negative Voltage-Lens driver readback is out of tolerance". We made a deeply clean up of the ion source, but it appears again. 

Any suggestions?
