Hello everyone. I am working with SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cell line recently. 48 hours later, the incubator stopped working during the night. This conditioned resulted in reduction of confluncy from 70% to 30%. Again, this happedned the day after unfortunately and now the cells are in a terrible condition. I attach a picture of them here. How I can recover them?

This the medium I am using:

Non-essentional amino acid 1x

Gln 2 mM

FBS 10%

Gentamicin sulfate 50 ug/ml

Ham's F12:EMEM (1:1)
