What should i do if heterotrait-monotrait ratio of correlation is greater than 0.9?

In a quest to test for discriminant validity on SMART PLS, I observed that the heterotrait-monotrait ratio of correlations are above 0.9 but Fornell-Larcker criterion and (partial) cross-loadings are in order, can I still go ahead and establish discriminate validity between the reflectively measured constructs and discuss my result?
