I will be using a kit CellTitre-Glo Luminescent Cell viability Assay from Promega for performing cellular ATP measurement. The kit describes about the storage conditions where it says it can be stored at 21 weeks at -20 degree Celsius. My question is if it can be stored for longer time at -80 degree Celsius as I will not be requiring this kit frequently.

I have read the booklet of the company (see following link, Figure 1 illustrates the use after storing at 80 C), the storage at -20 C or - 80 C will give the same result. The time-length of the use of the product should be according to the expiry of the product as indicated on its package. Therefore, I do not see any advantage of storage the product at -80 C.
