We are seeing of late a large amount poaching of talented people. Recent example being Apple poaching Tag Heuer. It is noticed that big companies are failing to keep their best talent in spite of the many benefits provided. What in your opinion are the reasons for the same? Can you suggest some best practices to be followed to avoid this?
