In the simplest terms, cloud computing means storing and accessing data and programs over the Internet instead of locally in your computer's hard drive. It could also be some gigantic server-farm maintained at some place by your organization or some other agency for you. There are still a lot of problems with the cloud in terms of security and hacking.
