I'm trying to inactivate Foot and Mouth Disease Virus for vaccine production purpose. Would anybody explain what should be the best pH of BEI or how can I adjust pH of BEI if it is too high(>11.0)?

After BEI cyclization, you should reduce pH to 8,0-8,3, and after inactivation, correct pH in suspension to 7.6-7.8
