What should be the convenient approach for dissolving cell derived matrix ? (we will be using the same CDM solution for regelation)?

I would like to know the convenient ways by which we can dissolve the decellularised cell-derived matrix (CDM) and this same CDM solution we can use to form gel again after some period of incubation. Please help by sharing the precise methodology for dissolving CDM.
