Dear! If a journal is not responding in spite of multiple requests, you need to contact the publisher. Regularly follow-up your request and wait for a few weeks, after that go ahead but keep the whole record as a proof.

Dear Ajmel; The issue is that I have reached out to the editor-in-chief, the associate editor, and even the publisher regarding my request, but none of them have responded. Consequently, the manuscript is currently stuck in their database, and I am unable to take any further action.
