How to identify oxidation and reduction peak from CV graph?

I used 3 electrode potential state to scan the CV for electrochromic properties of metal phosphate.

1. Which peak belong to oxidation and reduction reaction in the system?

2.Is the peak on the right an oxidation peak? if not. Why only the reduction peak appeared?
