The most widely utilized scales in that literature are the scales by Colquitt, already suggested to you. Also, you might want to check out the relatively recent paper by Ambrose and Schminke (2009), where they develop a scale for overall justice. Depending on your research questions, you might find some value in that scale.
The latest researches shown that organizational justice can be measured using insights and methods from neuroscience. Organizational neuroscience methodology like qEEG may identify the effects of emotions and cognition to justice. It was analyzed by Colquit et al. (2013), Waldman et al. (2013), Massaro & Becker (2015).
A great deal of valuable information and insights in the responses here. Thank you for your contributions! If you would be willing to contribute additionally over the next 12 months, please do follow this project. I know the value will only increase with the participation of knowledgeable colleagues!
I recommend a 20-item measure, which was developed by Jason Colquitt. See On the Dimensionality of Organizational Justice: A Construct Validation of a Measure by Colquitt (2001). Seep page 389.
Hi, this is not an answer exactly. There is the Organizational Justice scale (Colquitt, 2001), but I am finding it too specific to an incident and the language a bit complex. I am interested in knowing what you found and used?
What exactly are you seeking to measure? I ended up using the Perceived Organizational Justice (POJ) measure (Ambrose & Schminke). Take a look at the research I did to see if there is something useful for your work. Best wishes!
I'm using Ambrose and Schminke (2009) for my study (for overall justice). My supervisor mentioned there is an update of the scale that does not include reverse scored items but I can't seem to find it. Have you come across it in your searches?
