How to perform a Viscosity vs temperature ramp in Anton Paar's Rheoplus software?

Dear all,

I would like to know the protocol to measure viscosity of a thermoresponsive polymer (in water solutions) as a function of temperature. The software I am using is Anton Paar's Rheoplus. Also, I would appreciate if someone could provide literature on this regard, especially for polymers such as, PNIPAM, POEGMA and so on.
