What really happened when spin-coating cross-linked PVP above inkjetprinted thin-film of TIPS-Pentacene solved in Toluene in the fabrication of OFET?

After printing a thin-film of TIPS-Pentacene solved in Toluene, drying it for 1h in air, cross-linked PVP with PGMEA as a solvent and poly-melamine-formaldhyde as a cross linking agent has been spin-coated at 2500RPM for 1 minute. I saw under the microscope that most of the TIPS-Pentacene layer has disappeared!!!

Why that happened? is there a solution?
