Hello, I am working with muscimol and I would like to analyse my extracts quickly on TLC, can you recommend me which reagent should i use to see compounds which contains isoxazole on TLC ? I have not been able to find any sources for this. Thanks
I'm assuming silica TLC since you didn't mention alumina, C18, and other types of TLC.
As you are looking for muscimol, it has an amine functionality.

isoxazole rings are aromatic and should appear as dark spots on F-254 plates under 254 nm light.
Typical "universal" reagents include charring after sulfuric acid spray, iodine, and a simple water spray.
If spot are not visible then you may be using silica TLC, use fluorescent TLC or Iodine vapor.
