Hello,

I have 4-amino-1-methylpiperidine hydrochloride and I need a pure 4-amino-1-methylpiperidine amine base.

I think of reversed base extraction with KOH solution and toluene or DCM (if not dcm maybe diethyl ether?) or fractional distilation from KOH solution.

What do you think will be best giving me the biggest yield or will be best because of the simplicity?
