I need 4 pairs of primers that have been tested to detect these organisms by quantitative PCR in paraffin embedded tissue samples. Providing published papers would be of great help.

Why did you assume that I did not perform a search and couldn't reach a definite answer for my question? Additionally, I am not expert in microbiology and this is why I requested whether some 1 has already used sets of primers for these organisms to be assured that they work.
