What parameters geneious use to select contigs to save after de novo assemble?

In the results tab in the de novo assemble feature of geneious, you can select the maximum contigs for it to save, the default is 1000, but is not clear for me how the program selects these 1000 contigs. Is the parameters stated in the "save consensus sequences" options?
