Thank you for this article. I agree that these competencies identified for leaders early in the pandemic are still relevant today. In particular, the need for flexibility is still there, and the soft skills of communication, networking, and team-building are more relevant than ever because workers are still highly stressed. The current moment is a time to make things a little more "normal" in the sense of being systematic, fair, and transparent in our policies. But that doesn't mean going back to pre-pandemic business as usual. We definitely need to stay flexible for unknown challenges ahead.
