I have minor queries regarding the submission and withdrawal procedure of a manuscript.
Query 1: If an author submits his publication in the journal and after revision, the manuscript got rejected then is there any specific post-withdrawal step/norm on the website (portal) of that journal.
Query 2: Once one get an acknowledgment of non-acceptance of his article through an e-mail, will he proceed to submit it to other journals without submission of any specific statement/withdrawal to the previous one.

Revise your manuscript in the light of comments and suggestions of the reviewers and submit to a different journal which you think is suitable for the research contained in your manuscript.
You may always submit to another journal. Never get discouraged. If a journal rejected your article, its "their" loss.
Rejection implicitly means that your manuscript is free from that journal and you are no more bounded. Better strategy is to revise your manuscript in light of reviewers' comments and try to submit to another suitable journal. Some journals ask from the authors during submission, is this manuscript previously rejected from any other journal? You can tell them yes it was, however the manuscript has been improved before submission to this new journal.
You can revise and send to another journal taking into consideration the the comments of first journal. It may likely to be considered for publication.
