It's quite hard to find match for both, if you're looking for syngeneic model it's in general impossible according to different genetic background. That does not mean that some cell lines can't overcome immune response in non-syngeneic mouse :)

In case of Balb/C I'd go for 4T1 cells (highly metastatic, mammay cancer), for Bl6 is B16F10 fine model (also highly metastatic, melanoma).

I have worked with 4T1 cells and injected orthotopically. All tumours grew well and were metastatic.
