When a person is in Maslow’s low level needs e.g. physiological & safety needs will s/he subscribes moral philosophies like Utilitarianism, Natural Rights Theory etc.?

When a person is in Maslow’s high level needs e.g. love / belonging, esteem & self-actualization needs will s/he subscribes moral philosophies like Kantianism, Religious Ethics etc?

Or there is no relationship between moral philosophy and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs?
