An example of the mission of the educational process at the university: To let students develop their scientific research passions and try to write a professionally good scientific or para-scientific diploma thesis, in which the results of the research will be included and the research will be a derivative of developed passions and interests.
Another example of the mission: In order for students or students to acquire the ability to logically and critically think independently or in team work, analyzing the substantive content of various subjects and topics, processing different types of information in specific works, solving tasks, writing various articles and articles, speaking, taking part in debates and discussions, and to be able to formulate their own opinions and give their own solution to a specific problem that currently appears in the environment and the world in which they live.

There is neither a single message of pedagogy nor a ranking that is the same for all people and situations. It seems to me that the subject is less suitable for making certain pedagogical expectations or even demands. It could be more fruitful to exchange one's own experiences.
One message that was important to me personally is: Have the courage to use your own intellect - a famous word from Kant's small script, "What is Enlightenment?"
