The image I am posting is just two examples of gold nanoparticles, but the problem I am getting is not sample sensitive. The equipment is showing the same discontinuity no matter what we are analyzing.
The leftmost peak might be due the internal lamp change at around 350 nm. But there are 3 peaks that are breaking. The second image shows a detail on where these abnormalities happen.
Does anyone knows what might be causing this?
Kindly check after changing nano particle holding tube..or test with empty container. You can verify with reference set up before starting actual measurements.

Yes, the left most kink must be due to change of source (lamp). The other kinks are possibly due to some obstruction (hindrance) in the movement of diffraction grating of the instrument around the angle that correspond to these wavelengths. Consulting the service engineer of the instrument will be the best way out, I think.

If possible, check the Software for a baseline alignment/correction. It should be possible to define the position for the change from D2 to W light source. Possibly the effect is reduce if you measure slower.
