Hello. I am currently trying to biotinylate some antibodies, and the antibody has a high amount of sucrose. Is there any documentation of inhibitory effects (or lack thereof) of sucrose (or other sugars) in antibody conjugation with biotin? The antibody has 1M sucrose in the media it is in. I know I could potentially just clean up, but hoping to skip that step if possible. Thanks for all your insights!
