The mass found experimentally should give an indication of the molecular formula. You may have to check if it can be matched by adjusting the mol.wt. Others have suggested that it maybe an adduct but the mass is not close enough to conclude on that. Please check if the calculated value is adjustable by adding two additional carbon for example (420+24). Are you sure of the compound formed?
You need to look at the ionization mode. It is not clear what ionization mode you have used. Especially in Chemical Ionization using reagent gases like Isobutane, Ammonia etc, you may find adduct ions with higher molecular weight than the actual molecular ion.
