In a series of experiments, (Almost 200 devices) on Perovskite solar cells, I have measured a Maximum Jsc of 48 mA/cm2 with an average of 38 mA/cm2. But I was unable to verify this value from EQE. Can anyone explain it give any reason? The device was based on a ITO/PEDOT:PSS/2D-3D perovskite/PCBM/BCp/Ag architecture. The maximum PCE was 23.3%, FF 48% and Voc around 1.1 V. We haven't published these results. but I still want to know about a possible reason.
With the consideration of photon recycling effect, the efficiency limit of methylammonium lead iodide (CH3NH3PbI3) perovskite solar cells is predicted by a detailed balance model. To obtain convincing predictions, both AM 1.5 spectrum of Sun and experimentally measured complex refractive index of perovskite material are employed in the detailed balance model. The roles of light trapping and angular restriction in improving the maximal output power of thin-film perovskite solar cells are also clarified. The efficiency limit of perovskite cells (without the angular restriction) is about 31%, which approaches to Shockley-Queisser limit (33%) achievable by gallium arsenide (GaAs) cells. Moreover, the Shockley-Queisser limit could be reached with a 200 nm-thick perovskite solar cell, through integrating a wavelength-dependent angular-restriction design with a textured light-trapping structure. Additionally, the influence of the trap-assisted nonradiative recombination on the device efficiency is investigated. The work is fundamentally important to high-performance perovskite photovoltaics.
This is a little bit strange result. It is too large. It needs verification as you tried.
Are you sure that you have an AM1 insolation? You can also measure the spectral response of the solar cell. This is accomplished by measuring the short circuit current at all the wavelengths of the AM1 radiation.
It can due to that the material has lower cut off wavelength and good response at the shortwave length.

Results are reproducible but unable to be verified by EQE. Light intensity is surely AM 1.5. Instrument is finely calibrated. I am just wondering over these results.

The figure sent by you is the J-V curve and not Jsc - Voc. What is the scanning rate dV/dt in this measurement. You have to show the forward and reverse scan.
In the perovskite there is hysteresis. It may be the cause of this observed high Isc.
