It is a matter of perspective. Everybody has interest in Education. A great part of nowadays educational systems measures your academic ability neglecting your creativity. In addition, mistakes are considered the worst things you can ever make, which is completely wrong and this exact thing results in educating people out of their creative capacities. If you are not going to give it an extra shot, you will not come out with something you created, something original. Sir Kim Robinson -a British author, speaker and international adviser on education in the arts to government- states that intelligence is diverse, dynamic and distinct. Thus, should be targeted from these angles to produce an efficient educational program/class/workshop ...etc.
Again, it is a matter of perspective, everybody has interest in Education and each of the choices you stated above has its own spectacular role.

All the factors you mentioned affect in students' learning, other factors related to teacher him/her self such as ( teacher creativity, passion, dedication, and understanding).

The question you asked appears to be about the children themselves, their intrinsic or internal qualities, but you include external factors as well. Which is really your question? Is it about the intrinsic qualities or the external factors or both? This is a profound and huge question really so I would find it fascinating if people could distinguish internal from external and add detail.

To add my answer, I think everything contributes to the quality of learning, but even more that the factors listed, I think the impact of systems on student psychology is profound. eg a system that send the message that only the best are valued will naturally impact on the mindset of hose who are not the best. A few MAY be motivated to prove the system wrong, but most will accept their position and disengage.

Thank you very much for the answer! I think your question and this is not identical. Your question seeks for the characteristics of a good learner while this question would call for the recognition of that and other factors which may be from and not from students' side.
I do not believe that students can learn well on their own with limited effects from other factors. In think in some contexts, different factors, excluding the students themselves, also have great effects.

There are many, many factors that affect student learning. Each of them could be a positive influence or a negative.

The idea behind what I assume you're asking is very relevant. However, your question can be interpreted in many different ways and applied to many contexts. I hope this doesn't come out as being disrespectful, but more information is needed. For example, you asked what makes students good? What do you mean by "good?" Good at what and for what purpose? Are you referring to an end goal of learning course material or taking a test?
The questions you didn't ask make this discussion even more interesting. It can take us in a lot of different directions. However, having a bit more context might help. I look forward to continuing this topic as you operationally define it.

You are right. At the beginning, I asked this question because there are so many directions and perspectives to answer it. I could answer only from my own perspective and it would not be right in various contexts due to different assumptions and concepts.
As what you asked to clarify, I find the question is very interesting to call for differences from different understanding and beliefs. Likely, for the definition of "good" for learners, I have different ideas with my colleagues even in my school. For that reason, I would not be able to simply define the term of good from my own perspective. That is why I call for the attention of experts for more definitions or directions to explain this concept.
Or in a sense, it could be what will be good for students as what to make students good?

I would say the student himself/ herself, rather their character is one which governs the quality rather than, their classmates/ their parents/ The Curriculum/ The textbooks / The teachers/ The fame of the schools
