What kind of interaction can occur at the interface of polypropylene sheet and silica/titania coating deposited on it.

Basically when SiO2 or TiO2 thin film is coated on glass substrate there is a formation of Si-O-Si or Si-O-Ti at the interface of glass substrate and SiO2/TiO2. But, n case of Polypropylene as there is no surface -OH group is avialable, what is the driving force to adhere the coating on it
