Abdalla, yes, red meat is OK but beef in particular is said to be incriminated for CRC and Europe is seemingly alleged to be refraining from Beef. Scotland is said to have highest incidence of CRC as well as Cirrhosis of Liver. Can it be just a coincidence, i.e., beef+Scotch and CRC+Cirrhosis liver?
