What kind of amino acids I can apply to accelerate flowering in young pomegranate transplants?

I want to apply amino acids to one-year old pomegranate seedlings to gain early flowering. So i need a guideline paper in this line including the time and the concentration as well as how many times i can use safely and the best intervals between applications.

Nice question Dr Ali . Why don't you try low biuret urea spray of 2-3% as pre-bloom spray , instead of amino acid . Such spray will en-route through same sperimidine or sperimine formation as ployamines as a de-novo arginine biosynthesis.
