What kind of laser based/other system is used for the alignment of optical components, camera & samples in submicron/nano X-ray imaging & tomography. I am specifically interested in the alignment of beamline components such as gratings, lens, sample, filters, detectors etc. Please provide reference papers, links or documents if possible.
