For an experiment I would like to use a joystick. Yet, I have tried multiple joysticks and I notice that those joysticks bias straight movements to the left, right, front and back; movements in between those directions are more difficult to make.
Are there any joysticks that can move in all directions within 360° with the same ease?

I believe the "Nunchuck" (Nintendo Wii) provides a small joystick with no bias.
