The prediction plays the important role in detecting efficient protection and therapy of cancer. The prediction of mutations in gene needs a diagnostic and classification, which is based on the whole database (big datasets), to reach sufficient accuracy results.

In my opinion for classification the images for datasets, we can implemented Deep learning by using the architecture CNN with Tenserflow, it's very powerful in the classification with introduce the droupout function for not getting the overfitting in training your datasets, and GPU implementation is very better of CPU in time of training data.
