AI (artificial intelligence) which uses the software and other computerized procedures for the diagnosis of the detection. this may provide more accuracy and it can also be used in the genomic sequencing and if researches goes well then i can be used in high accuracy for imaging and also in maintaining electronic health records

There are lots of Q&A isues right now and will be in the future as well. But those obstacles should not divert our ways. My only fear is Robocop type AI enhanced robots would turn to earth 🌎 a hell 😢 On the other hand lots of discoveries being made by countless scientists and of course clever robots 🤖 as we speak. I think that all the new information about the Genetic Code is just the start of new innovations, yes, it will be the giants that market the profitable applications but it will be the brilliant researchers with an "itch" about how something works and could be better that will create applications to enhance life and diagnosis disease.

Right now we have pacemakers and internal cardiac defibrillators. Attempts have been made at gastric pacemakers and brain implants for Parkinson's disease. Using DNA sequencing and computer imaginings will lead to more apps and machines that may control or eliminate symptoms of illnesses, perhaps even cure?

I've been developing hospital systems with AI elements for 30 years. I've been asking your question to all the hospital staff for 30 years... I've written some books on the subject (they're on RG)... I taught an AI course at the Medical Academy...

Conclusions from experience:

- Doctors generally lack an understanding of AI issues (they lack technical education)

- Teaching about AI and cognitive technologies (decision-making) at a medical school or college significantly improves physicians' understanding of AI... They themselves initiate the introduction of advanced technologies ... especially young professionals ...

- We found a great way to show the medical staff the capabilities of AI: We've been introducing AI elements into the medical system ourselves... If doctors liked the results, we said it was AI technology... So gradually (through practice) we demonstrated the advantages of AI technologies... Then doctors were more and more actively involved in the work on the development of technologies...

AI technologies in medicine (at the human level) are excellent technologies! They greatly reduce the number of errors and greatly speed up decision-making!

In my research, I am developing algorithms using complexity & AI/ML methods capable of asses & predict Torsades de Pointes arrhythmias, ventricular arrhythmias, and ventricular fibrillation.

When I started this development I was initially required to use standard statistical methods that are used for half of the century or more in biomedical research. No effect. All major statistical approaches failed.

When I started to apply AI/ML methods in cooperation with my coauthor, who was a student, we quickly, within days proved uselessness of all statistical approaches. On the other hand, AI/ML methods demonstrated their capability to uncover the hidden data relationships within a few weeks.

We demonstrated on a pilot study that this strategy is fruitful and can produce unexpected results. The achieved results must be proven on larger set of ECG recordings.

After we developed the approach, Apple Watch started to be used to detect atrial fibrillations. Along with other AI research in neighboring areas, we see an unpredeced advantages of application of AI/ML methods in medicine. Gradually, other researchers started slowly use similar approaches in biomedical research. This positive attitude is slowly permeating among clinicians as they can observe obvious advantages of AI in medicine.

When procedures need to be done that don't need human error or human emotions then I think AI are perfect. Brain surgery, open heart surgery, or any other surgery would be perfect for AI. However in procedures were human emotions and perception are needed an AI is not a good candidate.

In things like surgeries we could use the steady hand of machines but in practices like physiology we need humans.

My opinion about AI and physiology is very optimistic. The physiology and its changes are beyond the comprehension of any human. On the other hand, as I found out in my research on the prediction of arrhythmias, revealing hidden, tiny signs of physiological changes are relatively easy to AI & ML techniques.

There is a growing number of researchers, which are working in biomedical research, that are using successfully AI and complexity in decoding and even, sometimes predicting very subliminal signs of incoming physiological changes.

For example, it is similar to the prediction of earthquakes and volcano eruptions. There are present subliminal signs of incoming change and we are increasingly capable to decode them.

Psychology is a fascinating area of research for all who would like to substantially change the current biomedical understanding of living bodies and their functioning in health and disease.

A better understanding of physiology can help the medicine to transition from the reactive one towards a proactive, productive, and preventive one.

As the world population continues to grow, and age, artificial intelligence, and machine learning offer new and better ways to identify disease, diagnose conditions, crowdsource and develop treatment plans, monitor health epidemics, create efficiencies in medical research and clinical trials, and make operations more efficient to handle the increased demands on the healthcare system.
