I am carrying out a research on “Postgraduates’ perceptions of the usefulness of Web 2.0 applications to facilitate collaborative learning in their university". The aim of the research is to investigate which Web 2.0 tools are used generally by post graduate students of various disciplines and to assess their usefulness as well as to explore how the collaboration of knowledge can be made productive in collaborative learning.
I think your questionnaire is a brave attempt. I have some suggestions, use them if you feel they are appropriate.

Web 2.0 tools are most often Social Media, blogs, etc. Such platforms have a great capacity to facilitate synchronous and asynchronous communication. This aligns well with Social Constructivism.
On the negative side, many Social Media platforms have privacy issues. In the United states, the highly restrictive "FERPA" law prohibits anything that allows people outside a college class to identify who is in the class. Therefore, any blog or Social Media use that can be seen by people outside the class could be illegal in the US.
I am wondering why there is no issue related to the pedagogy and the didactic provided by Web 2.0 tools in your questionnaire.

Maybe you are interested in a paper about Wiki and Weblog for collaborative learning. I have one recommendation for your questionnaire. I think it would be better if you differ more in your items in question 22. Which Web 2.0 tool do you mean? Divide into Weblog, Wikis, etc. I think it makes a difference.
I think there are great opportunities. May be particularly useful closed facebook group had been loaded.

indeed, this is good topic of research and smart learning, mooc are becoming popular among students across the world.
I have found Social Media to be very useful in helping students to address challenges in their learning. For example, improving on their language skills. The attached paper shows a plan for using Facebook for such use. I also use the blogs to conduct online debates with much success as shown in the attached article. The question for me is, what kind of pedagogical effect you have in mind. My research with apprentices implicates that they hesitate to use blogs, wikis, forums etc. for collaborative learning. Rather, they use it to build up relationships and for emotional support - this is also a part of pedagogical processes.

I did not realized you were dealing with apprentices, so I'd like to suggest engaging them in games that target learning in their field. The competitive nature of the games motivates them to learn while playing a serious game, which is part of the pedagogical process. Attached are examples of serious games for used in training adults.

Zoom.us for live video conferencing.
Google Drive and associated tools for collaborative drafting.
There are plenty of tools available. What you should focus on is the pedagogy and then select tools appropriate to supporting that pedagogy.

Thank you for all your response. It was very helpful. My study is on Web 2.0 tools i..e Wikis, Blogs, Podcast, Tagging and RSS. The purpose of my study is to find out if post-graduates use them for collaborative learning and whether it is based on constructivism or connectivism. This means whether students recreate knowledge through Web 2.0 tools and use it for formal learning in the classroom as instructed by teacher or whether they apply it for informal learning beyond the classroom. As such, I wish to assess how productive is the collaborative learning facilitated by Web 2.0. Thank you.

I think you should be looking at social environment, especially in online courses. Web 2.0 is more relevant in online classroom where collaboration between instructors and students is required.
