There are specific fields of research where international collaboration is almost a must. In other fields this type of collaboration is not considered to be priority, but still beneficial in relation to knowledge transfer. Based on the experience that I have it is an opportunity for the development as for researchers' personality and also for the results of the research, because work of the researchers from different countries leads to synergy in the research. All international projects are based on working together of the the scientists from different countries.
