I appreciate if you let me know your opinion and interpretation about roll Center, First of all I would like to know if you assume roll center as a fixed point or not?
If yes why and if no how it varies ? With amplitude of wave or wave frequency?
How (which method need) this roll center point could be calculated?

Hello,
for beam-waves the roll-center is a line running from bow to stern (not a point) which will form the axis around which the ship is rolling. Regarding the publication you attached (that states that the "rotation center" for regular waves depends on wavelength) I'd expect similar dependencies for the roll center: aside from being not necessarily on the symmetry plane it might well "wander" with wave parameters.
