Affected fish had 15-20 gr. weight and revealed some white lesions on skin external surface.
Nutrition was suitable and no Anorexia was observed in affected fish feeding. No mortality was observed in the mentioned Rainbow trout farm.
Adult fishes were normal without any special clinical signs and other environmental and physico- chemical parameters were natural.
Mentioned lesions disappeared gradually in affected fish.
Bacteriology and histopathology assays are being processed.

May be it is Flexibacter(or also known as Flavobacterium).Signs of disease are white marks on fins or body.Over stocking or sudden changes in water quality may trigger the disease.But for bacteriology (for Flexibacter)you need pure-nutrientional medium. BHI or TSA aren't suitable.
A skin scrape may show protozoan parasites such as Costia and Ichthyobodo. They are often lost when sections are processed for histology. Scrape the affected skin on a live fish with the edge of a glass slide and smear the mucous onto a fresh slide. Coverslip with a drop of water. Live cilliates will move and be seen. stain with a drop of methyl blue, or giemsa, to see them clearly (the stain is lethal to the cilliates).
