Parents have to keep watch their children activities

Education, information campaign of any kind and reinforcement of structures and institutions.
Special training for people and dogs, observation, monitoring of corrupt policemen. Teachers have already been trained in school.
The problem is that there are corrupt policemen.
I am focusing my research on alcohol dependence and subsequent conditions. In India, prevalence of alcohol dependence is 3.8% for males and 0.4% for females; and prevalence of alcohol disorders (including alcohol dependence and harmful use of alcohol) is 4.5% for males and 0.6% for females (WHO, 2014). This is the case of reported cases, but the actual number of individuals, particularly from rural areas, would be very high, according to some researches done in specific regions.
Personally, I found that all kinds of addictive behaviors, including alcohol dependence, is caused by overindulgence in hedonia (or the tendency to seek pleasure and avoid pain), that is ultimately a way to gain well-being. If we can substitute it with eudaimonia (the practice of seeking meaning and purpose in life), the individual will be able to realize the frivolous nature of addictions and live a good and better life.
Dear Muhammad all sort of addiction is very high in UK but several private and state organisations(NHS) are battling to eradicate it. Split up families are also a root problem of it. Dont know the exact situation in Turkey but I think should be far less cases in addiction.

When the children are not looked after they fall into mischief, even drugs. Need to blame the parents, sometimes only one, sometimes none. The parents should be accountable to the justice system. I know a university administrator who neglected her son for years who ended up with drugs and eventually in prison.
The US has many drug rehab programs both private and government sponsored, there are school programs as well. But broken families, mental illness and the misguided conviction that drugs are not really bad keep drug pushers happy. Also, drugs are seen by the poor as a way to make a buck on the backs of other poor idiots. Kids think that they can escape their lives by taking drugs or that selling them will get them out of the slums/poor part of town. It is a difficult cycle to break. In Las Vegas, a one year old child died from a heroine and fentanyl overdose this past April. THE family had been reported to Child pPotective Services, but not in time. The housing complex is a known drug hang-out.
