I've isolated mesenchymal stem cell from balb/c mouse bone marrow.. 20 days after isolation and purification of plate from other non adherent cells .. I saw these inclusions inside the stem cells.. what are these .. I'm currently learning so my knowledge is very limited. Please can someone tell me what are these ??
These are fat globules deposited in the cells. That means cells differentiated into adipocytes.
