When I am growing one of my Bacillus sp bacteria, it is producing a yellow pigment from the second day in the NA plates. What is this yellow pigment called? The picture of the plate attached ..
I have attached the picture above.Please help me clarifying the problem.Some of the culture from the streak was used by me.so it looks not much neat. lol..
