Hi, i would like to ask if someone here has been able to use Diaion HP20 in their isolation. How is it packed (size of the column, height of the diaion hp20 in the column, and ID of the column)? what are the typical solvent system that can be used?

It is a polymeric reverse phase, I use methanol/water or acetonitrile/water. I've packed it like silica. As for the column size, that depends on your compound loading and resolution between the desired compound and impurities. I use the same glass columns as I use for silica.

You may be able to get pure compounds depending on the impurities and their resolution from your desired compound. I know this isn't the answer you want to hear, but this is true of any column.
