Well,

Dinoflagellates are protists, an organism that can function as a plant and an animal at the same time. Some dinoflagellates eat other protozoa; some generate energy through photosynthesis; some can do both.

For wastewater

- Use a UV Sterilizer. Get a high quality and well sized UV Sterilizer and run it 24-7. The UV sterilizer will be most effective during the blackout period.

Add small doses of hydrogen peroxide. The general rule is 1 ml per 10 gallons of water, but this for treatment in tank aquarium.

Also, Control the lighting in your tank because the most common dinos derive their energy from photosynthesis, so killing the lights will also kill them.

In tank aquarium

DINO X (formerly Algae X) is a very strong and effective solution to remove any hairy or plague type algae growth in Reef Tanks, it also removes dinoflagellates very successfully. It treats algae plagues in reef aquariums without harming any corals. DINO X does not destabilize the aquarium system. DINO X is not a treatment for Cyanobacteria.

5 ml DINO X of 100L / 26 gal. water every 2 days. DO NOT OVERDOSE AND CALCULATE THE LITRES OR GALLONS EXACTLY Dose every 2 days until the algae has gone but not more than 21 Dosing at a time.

Mr Bassey Okon Bassey Here we deal with treated wastewater, this water reused for irrigation only, not be suitable for drinking. while the toxins in the sludge must be adapted to a concentration not excess the toxins background in local soils. Here the best and cheapest adaption is mixing the sludge with local soils in accurate percent to be used for soil improvement.
