e-learning and information design are research points start from previous years and still there are many conference care and support them. However if any research adopt these point and other related topics, not found encouragement.

The rapid development of ICT has reshaped the teaching and learning process through E-Learning. Interactive multimedia teaching content has replaced the role on how lesson content is being delivered, consistently reducing the challenge of complex information delivery method in the tertiary learning environment through interactive multimedia on various screen platforms effectively.
Agree with Ahmad Al-Jarrah it is a big question and what are your focus area of intention.
The answer to that question, despite of many existing prognosis, will be necessarily very speculative, because trends depends on many factors, several of them hidden to researchers, others, unexpected. But I think, observing previous years trends, and applications in other fields, that Education is becoming more social as part of open Education, Networking Learning, cMOOC, Personal Learning Environments, among others. The great quantity of data supports decision making, where big data and learning analytics play and important role; all those and ontology based formal semantic can help to adaptive tools for supporting personalization of learning (of course, results will depend on suitable learning theories).
For me it is integration of different didactic tools and creating new solutions, approaches (just innovations). The example can be the use of digital environment to create short movies (machinima) and apply them as instructional videos or treat them as a task. The great advantage of e-learning is the ability to learn at your own pace unlike classroom learning. Students' ability to understand and learn differs as there are fast learners, average and slow learners.
A great development indeed especially for those that didn't have time to attend physical classes. What was done can be assessed and interacted with electronically. It also has its disadvantages.
