I am looking for a dataset to build Recommender Systems from e-commerce platform for items as electronics, apparel, appliances, computers, furniture or smartphones for long term, the data should include the date-time , user id, price and the action or rating.

Not e-commerce (sorry), but apart from that, the Movielens datasets are commonly used for development and testing of recommendation algorithms.
